Larry earned a Master’s degree in Organization Development, a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, and an Associate’s in Hospitality Management. He also served five years as an Adjunct Faculty Member with the School of Business and Economics at Ashland University, Ashland, OH. Larry is a certified Coach, Leadership Trainer, and Speaker through the John Maxwell Company. He is also a certified Professional in Human Resources and is a member of the American Society for Healthcare Human Resource Administrators, and the Society for Human Resource Management.
