Larry is the Founder and CEO of Pinnacle Leadership Development, which specializes in executive coaching and leadership development seminars. He is an accomplished and innovative executive with over 30 years of human resources and operations management in the hospitality and healthcare industries. Larry is passionate about adding value to individuals and teams. He brings enthusiasm and an engaging style to his clients and presentations.

Most recently, he served as Chief Administrative Officer for a multi-state health system; national accomplishments include 100 Best Places to Work designation by Fortune, Modern Healthcare, and Working Mother magazines. Drawing from decades of experience, Larry captivates audiences with his insightful knowledge of what drives high service and business performance. As a speaker at the Best Places to Work in America conference, he shared the secrets of success to becoming a Top 100 employer.
Larry earned a Master’s degree in Organization Development, a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, and an Associate’s in Hospitality Management. He also served five years as an Adjunct Faculty Member with the School of Business and Economics at Ashland University, Ashland, OH. Larry is a certified Coach, Leadership Trainer, and Speaker through the John Maxwell Company. He is also a certified Professional in Human Resources and is a member of the American Society for Healthcare Human Resource Administrators, and the Society for Human Resource Management.
